Wonderful festival. Excellent venue. I loved how the festival organizers incorporated film screenings and Q&As throughout the Live Awards.

I especially appreciated that BHIFF awarded a $10,000 Grand Prize for best Un-produced Script. When asked to list the three most important elements in making a successful film, Alfred Hitchcock said, "The script, the script, and the script." Without great writing, we would have no great films. Thank you, BHIFF for honoring that essential reality.
